Larry J. Jameson, age 67, of Glen Rose, TX, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 14, 1949 in Fostoria, Ohio, the son of Irvin and Donna (Peters) Jameson.
Larry proudly served his country in the US Army as a Military Policeman and K9 officer. He served 25 years as an officer with the Irving Texas Police Department and coached underprivileged youth with the Police Athletic League. Larry had a great sense of humor, was honest, forthcoming, very well liked and respected. He was very active in his church, loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all.
Larry is survived by his mother, Donna; two daughters, Kellie J. (Paul) Bundschuh and Lori L. Jameson; two grandchildren, Bailey Drossman and Andrew Bundschuh; a sister, Debra (Douglas) Eulberg; and a brother, Rex (Rita) Jameson; and other family. He is preceded in death by his father, Irvin.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm on Saturday, July 22nd at Union Cemetery in Biglick Township, West Independence, OH.
