Larry Joe Hooper

Larry Joe Hooper, age 64 of Dayton, passed away January 10, 2017. He was born March 9, 1952 in Monterey, TN to the late Percy Hooper and Beulah Highley. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Hooper; and brother, Terry Hooper.
Larry is survived by his sisters: Joyce Hooper-Hover and Shirley Stolz; brothers: Mark and George Hooper; step-sisters: Margaret, Vickie and Carol; nephews: Chris, Mike, Shawen, Jason, Gene and Deniz; nieces: Latisha, Carrie, Amy and Beth; and many other relatives.
Larry retired from the Tradin' Post after many years of service. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and watching wrestling.
Visitation will be held from 10-11 am on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Bainbridge Cemetery, Bainbridge, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
