Lance Chambers

Lance M. Chambers, age 69 of Dayton, passed peacefully on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton surrounded by family. He was born October 8, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Laurance and Dorothy Chambers. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Todd Chambers.

Lance is survived by his children, Dawn (Philippe) Menard, Landon Chambers, and Alycia Chambers; three grandchildren, Conner Menard, Cassandra Menard, and Carson Eck; two siblings, Tommy (Julie) Chambers and Steven (Denise) Chambers; and special cousin, Patricia (John) Hutmier Wyatt. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Lance was the kind of person who enjoyed helping others. Lance liked to share his knowledge and passion of plumbing, Euchre, and farming. Those who knew him will remember his unique traits, sense of humor, generosity, and work ethic.

The family hopes those who would like to honor him will find a quiet time to remember who he was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. In lieu of a public funeral service, individual families are encouraged to play a game of Euchre and enjoy some wontons.
