Worth, Lafon L., age 82, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014. She was born September 15, 1931 in Burlington, Iowa to the late Frank & Pearl Luetkehans. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Doris Dahl.
Lafon is survived by her husband of 65 years: Virgil Worth; daughters: Tara Greaney & Colleen Worth; grandchildren: Brian (Angie) Greaney & Maureen (Joe) Sammon; great grandchildren: Liam & Alice Greaney; and sister: Beverly Ketchum.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Lafon. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel.
