Lacey Rachelle Hite

Lacey Rachelle Hite, age 27, of Union, passed away suddenly on September 22, 2023. She was born on October 19, 1995 in Dayton, Ohio to Lisa and James Hite II.

Lacey was full of love and life. She loved animals and made home for three rescues: Nibbler, Thumper and Sparkles. She enjoyed everything pink, glittery and fabulous. She was enigmatic and fearless in meeting people. Lacey had a beautiful smile, a beautiful soul to match, and she loved to make people laugh. Her brightness shone inside and out, and she brought light to everyone she met. She was a caretaker, and taking care of others was important to her. She always made sure you knew you were important and that you were loved. Her giving and selfless nature will be greatly missed by everyone whose life she impacted.

Lacey was preceded in death by her father, James Hite II.

Her memory will be cherished by her mother & step-father: Lisa (Tony) Overman; her fiance, Jesse Butcher; her brothers: Tyler (girlfriend Codie), Chase, James. and Austin; her best friends: Brad Ratzel and Maria Harris; and many, many more loving family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 11:30am to 1:30pm on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30pm. Following the service, Lacey will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
