Koa Llacuna, age 36 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born August 19, 1978 in Honolulu, Hawaii the son of David and Joyce, who preceded him in death.
Koa is survived by sister Tiare Llacuna; his beloved fiancé, Michele Ford; two daughters, Jasmine and Nanea Llacuna; five step-children, Tyler, Jonathan, Cecilia, Kitty, and Patrick Blessing. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday May 29, 2015 at 2:30 pm at VFW (1720 E. 3rd Street, Dayton ,Ohio). A gathering will follow for family and friends at the VFW. Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
