Kitsy Ann Jones

Rev. Kitsy Ann Jones (Banks) (Coomer) AKA Kitty, age 63, of Union, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on May 31, 2010 due to a head on collision May 18, 2010. Preceeded in death by good friend Betty Cottle, who also perished in the accident. She was also preceeded in death by Elisha & Estella Coomer; brothers, Patton & Robert Lee Coomer; sister, Louise Markus, grandson, Joshua James Lawson and step-brother, Harold Dean Gunn. She is survived by husband, Rev. John Jones; her children, Bruce Kelly Banks (Robin), Tammy Sue Banks-Anderson (Jeff), Jennifer Lawson, Rev. James Madison Jones (Joyce), brothers, Billy Joe Coomer (Emma), James Ray Coomer, sisters, Joyce Irene Dixon, Henrietta Colyer, Dorothy Jewell (Ernest), Brenda Sue Stamper (Michael), grandchildren, Ashley Henderson, Nicklaus Anderson, Brandon & Cory Banks, Elisha & Aaron Lawson, Robert Haskins, Joey, Katie, Kyle, & Michelle Jones; 8 great-grandchildren, a host of relatives, friends, and loved ones. Special friends, Marge Henderson, Annie Stacey, and Beverly Eversole. She was a minister for Open Door Pentecostal Church. A singer/songwriter who worked at Old Country Buffet and Walmart. Kitsy loved everyone and they loved her. She will greatly be missed. The family will receive friends Monday, June 7, 2010 from 5-8 PM at Union Pentecostal Church (1100 N. Union Rd, Dayton, OH 45417). The service will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow at Bearcreek Cemetery.
