Kirby Ross

ROSS, Kirby V. "Vern", 66, of Huber Heights passed away Wednesday March 18, 2009. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Lorena Koeger. Vern is survived by his wife Betty Ross; father Edgar (Connie) Ross; mother Geneva King Myer; children Karen (Larry) Ryder, Shelly Ross, Terri (Lou) Noble III, and Scott Fugate; grandchildren Lauren, Kristin, Jeffrey, Nathan, Elizabeth, and Dylan; brothers Larry and Steven; sister Susan; many other family and friends. He was a retired veteran in the U.S. Air Force with service during Vietnam. Vern was a member of the National Security Police Association and was employed by Harris Corp. contracting at WPAFB. A memorial service will be held 3:00PM Saturday March 28, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
