Kimes A. Cantrell, age 81, left this world Sunday morning, April 3, 2011. He was a Korean Veteran and worked for General Motors for 30 years. He was preceded in death by first born son, D. Allan; grandson, Corey.
He is survived by wife, Dorothy L. Cantrell; sons, Nathan Craig, his fishing buddy, and Bryan (Bev); daughters: Karen (Larry) Bell and Lisa (Mark) Treolo; 6 grandchildren: Erik, Kristen, Kimberly, Brad, Justin and Courtney.
At his request, Kimes will be cremated and there will be no service. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road. Contributions may be made in his memory to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
