Kimberly Denise Earnest

Kimberly Denise "Katie" Earnest, age 66, of Springfield, passed away on February 14, 2022, at her residence, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 23, 1955, the daughter of the late William and Esther Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Rita Taylor, Frieda Barrett, Ronald "Butch" Terrell and Norman Terrell; and niece, Diane Taylor.
Kimberly is survived by her beloved husband, Timothy C. Earnest; step-children, Tara Johnson, Josh Tarzier and Mark Tarzier; brothers, Larry Terrell and Scotty Terrell; half-sister, Chasity Miller; and many other loving family and friends.
She worked for many years as a Supervisor with the MR/DD of Clark County. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, getting her nails done, spending time with her cats and being on her computer. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to sing her favorite songs. Kimberly was a caregiver for many and had a heart of gold. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
