Kim T. Saxon, age 58 of Fairborn, OH passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 surrounded by her children. She was born October 31, 1962 in Tokyo, Japan to Isaac and Tokuko (Kobayashi) Saxon.
Kim was an avid crafter and loved to sew and scrapbook. She enjoyed being around her family and friends as much as possible. Kim could be found gardening or playing Scrabble, Sudoko or video games. She was a Bengals fan and loved watching all sports, especially when her kids played. Kim was very active in her church community and enjoyed getting together with friends from church. She grew up with animals and had an unconditional love for her pets. Kim found great pride in working as a medical coder, and through her hard work, purchased her first home. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandson Hudson, and will be greatly missed by all.
Kim is survived by her children, Matthew (Whitney) Hunter, Sarah Hunter and Andrew Hunter; a grandson, Hudson Hunter; siblings, Warren (Crystal) Saxon, Derrick (Louise) Saxon and Patty (Michael) Spratling; her step mother, Emiko Saxon; and other nieces, nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funerals Services will take place on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 am at Fairborn Community Tabernacle, 1744 Superior Ave, Fairborn, OH 45324. Kim will be laid to rest following the services at Byron Cemetery.
The family requests masks be worn during the services at the funeral home and church.
