Kevin Michael Tucker

Kevin Michael Tucker, age 66, of Xenia, passed away on June 16, 2022. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 15, 1955, the son of the late Henry and Betty Jo Tucker, Jr..

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Tucker; and his nephews, William "Donnell" and Anthony Stevens.

Kevin is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Janet Billingsley Tucker; step-son, Aaron (Jessica) Corbett; siblings, Gayle (Steven) Tucker Smitherman, Norma (Robert, dec. 2018) Menafee, Henry "Tommy" (Andrea) Tucker III, Phillip (Sharron) Tucker and Jeffrey (Lynne, dec.) Tucker; sister-in-law, DeVonne Tucker; and many other loving family and friends.

He retired from Wright Patterson AFB in 2010. In his free time, he enjoyed photography, collecting coins, ancestry research, reading books, giving tours at the African American Museum and Cultural Center in Wilbeforce, playing games on his phone and substitute teaching. Kevin was devoted to his family and those he loved. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am, on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am, with Minister Richard Buford officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Memory Gardens.
