Kevin Laguerre

Kevin George Laguerre, age 22 of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born June 13, 1998 in Stamford, Connecticut.

Kevin had a contagious smile and personality and made friends where ever he went. He loved his family fiercely.

He grew up in Huber Heights and attended Titus Elementary School, Studebaker, Weisenborn and Wayne High School. As a youngster, he was a Boy Scout, enjoyed playing Pee Wee basketball and has always been passionate about skateboarding and music (playing music as well as listening to it). He also enjoyed playing video games. Kevin was currently employed at Amazon. He will be dearly missed by his family and all of the friends he has made along the way.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Jean Louis and Marie Erilia Jean Louis; and uncle, Ronald Jean Louis.

Kevin will be missed by his loving mother, Myriam Laguerre; father, Jean Luke Laguerre; brother, Jojo Laguerre; sister, Myranda Jean Louis; aunt, Carline Jean Louis; uncle, Junior "Jay" (Denise) Jean Louis; grandmother, Aimable Laguerre; aunt Guernage Laguerre; brothers, Abdula Laguerre, Ralph Laguerre, and David Laguerre; sister, Abigail Laguerre; uncles, Marra Laguerre and family, and Steven Laguerre and family; aunt, Doldie Laguerre, family and Marguy Laguerre and family and Zane Joseph and family; cousins, Jenae Jean Louis, Andy Benoit, Jerry Menard, Caitlin St. Fort, Joseph "JJ" James Jean Louis, Valencia Content, Jennifer Content, Stella Laguerre, Erica Laguerre, and Cynthia Laguerre.

Family will receive friends Friday, April 16, 2021 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Huber Heights Church of God, 6900 Brandt Pike, Dayton, Ohio. Burial Hillgrove Union Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer North Chapel, Dayton.
