Kerina Lynn Strong, age 55, of Dayton, passed away September 4, 2019. Kerina was born in Dayton, Ohio on August 16, 1964 to Alvin and Carolyn Stepp.
Kerina was a loving and devoted mother to her children. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved being surrounded by family.
Kerina was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Stepp.
She is survived by children: Ashley (Lonnie) Ross, James May (Jessica) and Gary (Chelsea) Strong; mother: Carolyn Gibson; grandchildren: Christian, Mckenzie, Lo'Nesha, Jahking, Nathaniel, Peyton, Madilynn, Aubree, and Liam; former husband and friend: Gary Strong; siblings: Kimberly (Kirk) Lawson and James (Stacy) Watkins; and numerous other family members and friends.
Family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, OH.
