Kennie Trusty, Jr.

TRUSTY JR., Kennie age 76 of Beavercreek, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born on October 13, 1931 in Quicksand Creek, KY to the late Kennie Sr. and Luvenia (Riley) Trusty. He is preceded in death by his sister Judy Glass. Kennie is survived by Martha, his loving wife of 49 years, his children Cecelia, Jennifer, Kennie III and Fred; grandchildren Casie, Steve, Braden, Ellie and Shelby; sister Fernetta Combs; brother Buford and wife Linda Trusty both of Lexington, KY; and a host of other relatives and friends. Kennie served our country in the US Air Force from 1954 – 1959 and retired from WPAFB after 31 years of faithful service. Kennie was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who honored and cherished family above all else. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends who loved him dearly. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the nurses at Miami Valley Hospital and Kennie's wonderful doctors.
