Kenneth Yates

YATES, Kenneth "Kenny", age 76, of Kettering, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Vernice; first wife, Terry; 1 brother, and 2 sisters. Kenny is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Bob (Rick), Debora (Rick), Bill, Joe (Malissa), and Kim (Paul); grandchildren, Ricky Jr., Peyton, Alexis, and Kendall; 4 brothers, 2 sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, as well as 6 grand puppies. He served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Columbus.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the funeral home, with burial following at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn.
