Kenneth L. Williams

Retired Major Kenneth L. Williams, 97, of Vandalia, Ohio, passed Saturday, March 17, 2018. Ken was on the Dayton Police Dept. from 1950 until retiring in 1974. Ken is the oldest of 504 retired Dayton Police officers. He also served in the Navy during WWII. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 742 and the American Legion Post 668, both in Vandalia.
Survivors include: son, Doug (Debby) Williams; son, Richard (Sarah) Williams; daughter, Donna Nettles; 6 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
