Kenneth W. Taylor

Kenneth W. "Bubby" Taylor , age 72 of Beavercreek, passed away Monday, January 6, 2025. He was born December 15, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Harvey and Ruthie Taylor.

Kenneth retired from Kettering City Schools after 25 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. In his free time, he was passionate about classic cars or really just anything with an engine. He also enjoyed traveling, watching NASCAR, driving RC cars, riding four wheelers and shooting guns. Overall, he loved to live life. He will be remembered as a hard worker who was kind to everyone; always putting others before himself. Kenneth loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Glenn F. Taylor; father-in-law, Okley Roberts and brother-in-law, Alex Roberts.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 49 years, Christine; children, Kena (Tony Flayler) Taylor and Christopher (Heather) Taylor; grandchildren, Kiersten, Gabe, McKenzie, Alyvia, Christian, Trent, Bailee, Lilly and Leah; 1 great granddaughter on the way, Myla; mother-in-law, Roberta Roberts; sisters, Doris (Butch) Ogden, Joyce (George) Baird and Karen (Melvin) Oliver; and numerous other family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm with service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Burial with military honors will follow the service at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.
