Kenneth E. Schaefer

Kenneth E. Schaefer, age 75, of Englewood, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 18, 2024. 

Kenneth was born in Dayton on June 19, 1949 to the late Carl Clarence Schaefer, Sr. & Esther Mae (Rihm) Schaefer. 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Alexander Schaefer; sister, Kathy Hoke; and brother, Richard Schaefer. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Mary Stephanie Schaefer; children, Daniel Lee Schaefer, Jonathan Bruce Schaefer, Linda Ann Schaefer Calvin, and Matthew Adam Schaefer; grandchildren, Jorden McGuffie, Logan Schaefer, Lian Schaefer, Ethan Schaefer, Cohen Schaefer, and Vivian Calvin, Jamison Calvin; brothers, Mark Schaefer and Carl Schaefer, Jr.; and many other relatives and friends. 

A service will be held on Monday, July 29th, 2024 at 12pm at Fairview Brethren in Christ Church, 750 Union Blvd., Englewood, Ohio 45322. 

Kenneth will be laid to rest with military honors at Dayton National Cemetery at 2pm.
