Kenneth Edward Roberts, Jr. age 70 of Springfield, OH passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. He was born August 21, 1947 in Bonnyman, Kentucky the son of Rev. Kenneth and Virginia Roberts.
He is preceded in death by his father, Rev. Kenneth Edward Roberts, Sr.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Later in life his interest turned to auctioneering.
Kenneth is survived by his mother, Virginia Lee Roberts; wife, Marie; son, Mark Edward (Donna) Roberts; daughter, Tammy Lee Roberts-Reid; grandchildren, Nathan (Kaitlin), Dalton, Alexis and Avery; great grandchildren, Mason, Chase and Lincoln; mother of his children, Elena Lemke; stepchildren, Matthew (Gabrielle) Courtright and Amanda Nicole (Scott) Hayes. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Visitation will be Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 5:00 to7:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment Byron Cemetery. Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
