Kenneth Ray Justice

Kenneth Ray Justice, also known as Kenny, was born on September 29, 1971, in Dayton, Ohio. He departed from this world on February 22, 2025, in Riverside, Ohio, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Kenny was a devoted husband to Danielle Debruge-Justice and a proud father to his sons, Jacob (Heather Thompson) Justice and Kaylob Justice. He also embraced his role as a step-father to Taylor Holladay, forging strong bonds within his family. His granddaughters, Clementine Justice and Andrea Cartagena, brought immense joy to his life, and they affectionately called him Papa Kay. Kenny’s warmth and generosity were evident to everyone around him, making him a cherished figure in the lives of his family.

He is survived by his loving mother, Linda Hurst, and his brothers: William (Pam) Justice, Steven (Misty) Justice, Mark Justice, Tim Justice, and Eric Justice. They, along with many more family members and friends, will hold dear the memories of his kindness and the impact he had on their lives. Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Justice.

An outdoor enthusiast, Kenny found great pleasure in camping and spending time in nature. He was also a passionate music lover, with Iron Maiden being his favorite band. His enjoyment of concerts was matched only by his commitment to his faith, as he liked going to church and engaging deeply with his spiritual community.

Known for his generous spirit, Kenny was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His character reflected the goodness that defined him, and he will be remembered as a person who truly cared for others.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on March 1, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM. Both services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Dayton, located at 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. Kenny will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton. 

Kenny's remarkable spirit and loving nature will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.
