Kenneth R. Koverman

KOVERMAN, Ken, age 65, of Spring Valley, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dorothy Koverman; brother, Dale Koverman, and daughter, Christina Koverman. Ken is survived by his wife of 46 years, Barbara Koverman; children, Cathy (Mike) Lane of Xenia, Karen (Jerry) Osborne of Spring Valley, Christa Baker of Spring Valley; grandchildren, Emily, Corey, Lindsey, Jessica, Amanda, Brandon, Brianna, and Kyle; great grandson, Ashton; sister, Linda Hepner, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

He retired as an electrician after 40+ years. Ken enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, riding his ATV, shooting guns with his grandson, fishing, gardening, working out in his shed, and listening to music on his computer.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, October 10, 2011 at the funeral home.
