Kenneth Love

LOVE, Kenneth, L. 77, of Washington Township, passed away from ALS "Lou Gehrig's Disease" Sunday, November 6, 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents Len Love and Gertrude Carrithers Love, his sister Lucille Barrett, Brothers Wayne and Carl Love. He is survived by his ex-wife and special friend Joann Driscoll, daughter Kathy McKee, sisters Verta (Robert) Snyder, Wanetta Sefton and Kathryn Walton, grandchildren Kristopher and Samantha McKee, special friends, Dora Blankenship and Darlene Grice, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Kenneth was a member of the Dayton Ski Club, American Legion 598, V.F.W. of Kettering; he graduated from Purdue University is a member of the American Society of Metals. Kenneth was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Ken and his fellow legionnaires organized the Rocky Couch Memorial Golf Outing with all proceeds going to Hospice of Dayton. A Memorial Service will be held at the American Legion post 598 of Kettering, Ohio, Saturday, November 12, 2005 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
