Kenneth L. Warner, age 61, born July 5, 1951, passed away on July 17, 2012.
He was survived by his children, Jordan (Kira) Warner, Josh Warner, Joy Warner, Xan Pennington, and his granddaughter Rumor Alexandra. His mother Doris Warner, and sisters Fran (Rocky) Wheeler and Michelle Rapp.
Ken was preceded in death by his father Jack Warner.
Ken was a United States Army Veteran.
He was employed at Elm Creek Rehab & Nursing Ctr. He was a nurse for more than 30 years.
A memorial service will be held on July 24th, 6:30pm, at First Baptist Church, 705 S. Elm St., W. Carrollton, OH.
