Kenneth E. Welch

WELCH, Kenneth Eric, age 79, of Huber Heights, met his Creator and Lord peacefully on March 27, 2011. A devoted follower of God and committed husband of 55 years; a loving Dad of four children; "Poppa" to 11 grandchildren; "Great-Poppa" to ten great-grandchildren; and friend to many. He is survived by his wife, Khloe Welch, of Huber Heights; his daughter, Karen Knife of Tipp City; son, Kevin, of Huber Heights; daughter, Kerri Wilson of Pikeville, NC; and daughter, Kelli Kendall of Tipp City. He proudly served his country in the Korean War as a United States Marine. We will celebrate the home-going of Ken on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Huber Heights Church of God (6900 Brandt Pike) with grandson Nate Anderson and son-in-law Darren Wilson officiating. Friends will be received at 10:00 am with a special memorial beginning at 11:00 am. In loving memory of Ken, contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice (3055 Kettering Blvd #320, Moraine, OH, 45439).
