Kenneth Joseph Conradt

Kenneth Joseph Conradt, "Ken," age 91 of New Carlisle, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at his home. He was born August 18, 1929 in Steinauer, Nebraska, the son of the late Frank and Helen Conradt.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, James Conradt, Charlene Koehler, Bernice Cook, Helen Kassing and Marlene Liekhus.
Ken is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Joan Conradt; children, Kate Conradt, Kimberly (Daniel) Staggenborg, Kurt Conradt; daughter-in-law, Karen Conradt; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; as well as 2 siblings, Dorothy (Bob) Bell, Frank (LuAnn) Conradt, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends including Alfonso Diaz-Gonzalez.
Ken is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Korean War. He was a firefighter for 15 years and then a rural mail carrier for 30 years. He was also a life member of the VFW and a member of the American Legion in New Carlisle. The most important things in Ken's life were his faith and his family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). A Tridentine Latin Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 10:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church (140 S. Findlay Street, Dayton, OH 45403). Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery.
