Bishop Kenneth C. Kincaid, 75, Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at his home.
He was born March 5, 1938 in Kane, Pennsylvania, son of the late Virgil Price Kincaid, Sr. and Mary Amelia Kincaid.
He moved back to Beavercreek in 2012 after over 31 years of Ministry in the Orlando, Florida area.
His parents and brother Virgil Price Kincaid, Jr. precedes him in death.
Surviving are his wife of over 53 years, Judi Kincaid, Beavercreek; son Kenneth Mark and wife Amanda, Beavercreek, Ohio; daughter Sharon Faye Humphrey and husband Joe, Waynesville, North Carolina; son Kenneth Joel and wife Cara, Port St. John, Florida; grandchildren Heather, Molly, Bethany and husband Lane Reich, Michael and Thomas; two great-grandsons Austin and Aiden; sister Celia Ransom and husband Danny, Culloden, West Virginia; sister-in-law Helen Kincaid, Cocoa, FL; Aunt Emma Lee Graeter, Dayton, Ohio and many nieces, nephews, cousins, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and extended family members.
Bishop Kincaid was active in ministry with the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee) and the Church of God of Prophecy (Florida) for most of his adult life, serving as Pastor, Bible Teacher, District Overseer and many other positions of the churchs in Ohio and Florida. We thank God for his life and allowing him to be a blessing to so many.
Visitation will be held 5-8:00 PM, Friday, November 22, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
Funeral Service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Oak Creek Worship Center, 4800 Bigger Road, Kettering, OH 45440. Pastor Jim McPherson officiating. Interment Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
