Kenneth H. Brewer

Kenneth H. Brewer, 77, of Bainbridge, passed away January 18, 2017. Kenneth was born in Baptist Fork, Kentucky on May 12, 1939 to the late Curt and Sarah Belle Brewer. Kenneth retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. He was a member of the United Steel Workers for many years. In his free time he enjoyed squirrel and rabbit hunting and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his loving wife of 39 years, Trula Brewer; step son, Robert Wallace; brothers, Porter Brewer, Arnold Brewer, Otis "Doc" Brewer; sisters, Gertrude Taulbee, Garnett Chambers, Carmie Moore, Hazel Hatton, Wilamae Brewer; and grandson, Eddie Wallace.

He is survived by his nephew, Kenneth R. (Tari) Brewer; granddaughters, Cassandra (Nicolas) Glandon, Alexis Bray; grandsons, Brian (Carrie) Snell, Robbee (Syndney) Wallace, Levi Gillingham; great grandchildren, Lianna, Braelyn, Avery, Ralston; brother, EC (Faye) Brewer, sister, Mary (Andy) Graham; and many nieces, nephews and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 12:30 pm-1:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where funeral services will begin at 1:30pm with Pastor Jeff Adams officiating. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
