VANCE, Keith "Willie", age 51, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born March 12, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Vance; mother-in-law, Vanie Baker. He is survived by his mother, Donna Vance from West Liberty, Ky; three brothers, Chuck (Sonja) of Sardina, OH, Scott (Carolyn) of Eaton, OH, and Danny (Michelle) of Riverside, Ohio; his beloved wife of 27 years, Vickie (Baker) Vance; his daughter, Sierra (Nathan) McClanahan; his son, Joshua Vance; two grandchildren, Bryson and Greyson McClanahan.
He was recently employed by Dayton Walls and Ceiling, 7 years at Cundiff Tree Service and Emery World Wide for 25 years. Keith was a loving and dedicated family man, always had a smile and a positive attitude. He was someone you could count on no matter what, even when he was sick.
He loved the outdoors, getting together with family and friends. He was an avid fisherman and most of all, deer hunting.
He leaves behind a host of family members, brothers-in-law, Darriel (Margaret) Baker, Ronnie Baker, Mike (Linda) Baker, Tim (Cammie) Baker; sisters-in-law, Paulette (Ron) Vaughn, Debbie (Chuck) Issaacs; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends. He will be missed forever and forever be in our hearts. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
