Keith Barton Horn, 61, of Kettering, passed away January 27, 2021.
He was born January 28, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Dale and Wilma (Barton) Horn. He was a graduate of Northwestern High School, Class of 1978. While growing up he enjoyed neighborhood sports. Throughout his career Keith he was a mechanic and went on to be a machinist.
He is survived by his children, Chris, his wife and kids, Melissa (David) Charles, Amber Merkle, Joshua (Veronica) Merkle, Chad (Fallon) Horn; grandchildren, Clellissa, Matisen, Savannah, Jessah, Ariel, Kailyn, Kason, Derek, Harley, Mylie, Morgan, Chad, Micah, Brantley, Lucas, and MaKynlie Harper. He is also survived by his fiancé, Verna "Janie" Murphy, his best friend Kels, and many others who loved him.
Keith was an avid sports fan and loved watching UK basketball, OSU football and Kansas City Chiefs football. He loved to play golf, and Star Fleet.
Keith deeply loved his family and always put them first. He will be remembered for his loving spirit, his quirky sense of humor, and his hearty laugh.
An Open House Memorial will be held on Saturday, February 20th from 10 am to 6 pm at his home.
