Keith Douglas Hardin

Keith Douglas Hardin, age 74 of Kettering, Ohio went to be with the Lord on March 25, 2021. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 2, 1946 the son of the late Orie W. and Mary E. Hardin.

Keith worked in the tool and die industry and commercial radio broadcasting for many years. Later he transitioned into computer information systems and accounting. Late in life, Keith was called into ministry and ordained as a minister with the International Pentecostal Church of Christ. In his free time, Keith enjoyed amateur radio (AB8K), streaming internet Christian radio, and visiting with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Orie and Mary Hardin; and his two uncles, Clifford and Paul Ronk.

Keith is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jerri L. Hardin; son, Daniel (Ann) Hardin; daughter, Christina L. Ferris; grandchildren, Matthew J. (Aerrinn) Hardin, Elizabeth C.A. (Andrew) Lazzaro, Joshua D. Hardin, Katherine D. Hardin, Samantha J. Ellis, Benjamin A. Crisler, Christopher D. Crisler, Angelina D. Kerns; great grandson, Luke A. Lazzaro; brother, Paul Michael (Marsha) Hardin; sister, Rebecca (Gary) Link; and many other loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. A funeral service will begin at 11:00am at the Funeral Home with Pastor Mark McVey officiating. Burial will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery.
