Keith M. O'Connor

Keith "Butch" Marion O'Connor, age 79, of Dayton, passed away May 29, 2020. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 26, 1941, the son of the late James and Ina (Hoops) O'Connor.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Linda (Butt) O'Connor; and his siblings, David O'Connor, Jerry O'Connor, Warren O'Connor, James O'Connor, Ronald O'Connor, Dennis O'Connor and Kathleen O'Connor .

Butch is survived by his son, Curtis (Jamie) O'Connor; daughter, Kathy (John) Butt; step-daughters, Amy Palmer and Jill (Josh) Eckley; grandchildren, Aimee Maple, Laicee O'Connor, Brooke Moxley, Carlie Palmer, Connor Butt, Macy Moxley, Locke Eckley, Josh Butt, Ashley Sammet and Rebecca Butt; great grandchildren, Addison Kraft, Shylynn Butt, Alexis Butt, Robert Butt, Michael Butt, Xander Butt, Izen Butt, Autumn Butt, Xyola Sammet, Vylet Sammet, Jordan Andrade and Christopher Lyons; siblings, Thelma (Paul) Jewitt and Donald (Terry) O'Connor; his best friend of many years, Fred Millard; and many other loving family members and friends.

He retired from Holland Motor Freight where he was a Truck Driver for over 30 years. In his free time, Butch enjoyed learning to play guitar, playing poker, trips to Las Vegas, drinking his Miller High Life and spending time with his family.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where Funeral Services will begin at 6:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
