Kay Fetters, age 73 of Miamisburg, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016. She was born August 17, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Vernon and Nettie Potts.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dewey T. Fetters, guardians, Avery and Virginia Potts, and a sister, Janet Yates.
Kay is survived by her son, Joe (Alice) VanHook; daughter, Tammy (Tony) Lucero; three sisters, June (Troy) Spurlock, Marie (Rick) Curtiss, and Barbara (Bill) Dennis; six grandchildren, Jessica Doherty, Mike VanHook, Tony Lucero, Tricia Thornton, Paul Lucero, and Andy Lucero; nine great grandchildren, Gram, Jeffery Connor, Caden, Adriel, Isaiah, Leila, Moriah, Isabella, and Noah. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
A funeral service will take place on Friday 20, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Kettering at 11:00am. A visitation will be held for two hours prior (9:00am-11:00am). Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
In honor of Kay, donations can be made to ASPCA.
