Kathy J. Laux, age 63 of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. She was born February 23, 1954 in Oceana, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth Davis.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Malcolm Davis.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 46 years, Raymond Laux; daughter, Misty (David) Keener; son, Matthew (Shelly) Laux; granddaughter, Elyse Keener; grandsons, Evan Keener, Ehren Keener, Collin Laux, Alexander Laux, Bennett Laux; brothers, Mitchell Davis, Michael Davis, Ronald Davis, Tony Davis; sisters, Dianne Hancock, Beverly Kozlowski and Janie Walter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 4 pm to 6 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 6 pm.
