Kathleen Jeanelle Wood

Kathleen Jeanelle Wood, age 67 of Dayton, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at Dayton V.A. Medical Center. She was born August 18, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late George and Anna Wood.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, George Wood; .

Kathleen is survived by her brothers, Thomas, David and Louis Wood; nieces, Holly Wood, Kalene Combs and Abigail Wood; great nieces and nephews, Dominic, Aavah, Thomas, Lucas, Kaili; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Kathleen served her country in the United States Army as a nurse. She also owned her own blind and drape cleaning business, "The Blind Mice." She enjoyed traveling and most recently took a trip across the U.S..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 4:00 pm.
