Kathleen Diane Menken

Kathleen Diane Menken, "Kathy," age 72 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Hillspring of Springboro under the care of Hospice of Dayton. She was born October 15, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late William and Margie Greer.
Kathy graduated from Centerville High School Class of 1969. She then went on to attend art classes in Cincinnati and worked as a freelance artist doing street portraits at Disney World. In addition to drawing, she enjoyed singing. Kathy was also a member of FDAV Church (Fountains of Living Water) in Dayton.
Kathy is survived by her husband of nearly 43 years, Mark; son, Joel N. Menken; siblings, Becky (John) Cummins and Jack (Jackie) Greer, Tim Greer; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Greer and Debbie Greer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459). Funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
