Kathleen Kambitsch

Our beautiful Kathleen Ann Kambitsch, age 69 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016 at Grandview Hospital. She was born February 18, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late James and Patricia Jones. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Shanti Thompson and sister, Cindy Jones. Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Gregory Kambitsch; two sons, Martin Norris and Erich Kambitsch; three daughters, Chandra (Dan) Norris, Noel (Nate) Kambitsch and Pilgrim Heidi Kambitsch; brother, Bob Jones; two sisters, Sharon (Rick) Pearson and Debra (Bob) McHenry and their mother, Ida Ruppee; eight grandsons, Matthew, Richard, Seth, Devin, Tyler, Alexander, Clayton and River; four granddaughters, Melinda, Amanda, Ashley and Chasity; great-granddaughter, Serenity; two great-grandsons, Jeremy and Nathan; she is also survived by a tribe of family and friends who will always remember her nurturing spirit, strength, generosity, and passion for life. Kathleen, an extraordinary artist and mother to many, earned two art degrees from Sinclair Community College and retired from Kinko's / Fed-ex where she worked as a copy consultant, AKA "Color-Goddess".
