Kathleen Hendrix
Kathleen M. Hendrix, age 85, of Dayton, passed away Monday, June 20, 2011 with her family by her side.
She was a loyal employee of WPAFB as a technical information specialist until she retired at age 77 with 36 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Charlene.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Charles Hendrix; sons, Phillip and his wife, Jeannette "Mooney", and Anthony Hendrix; six grandchildren, including Angela Brodbeck who lived with Kathleen for most of her childhood and Angela's husband Eric, Christina Hendrix, Tonya Hendrix, Ginger Hendrix, Jason Hendrix, and Michelle and her husband, Robert Tilley; eleven great grandchildren; sister, Genevieve Di'Paolo; brother, Woody Maiden; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road in Beavercreek, at 12:30pm with services to follow at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
