Katherine Ann St. Aubin "Kitty", age 79 of Kettering, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2022 at the Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Chicago, IL on December 17, 1942, the eldest daughter of the late Richard and Lucille Doherty.
She is survived by her devoted husband, George St. Aubin; daughter, Shanna Franks; son-in-law, Michael Franks, grandchildren, Colin Franks and Sydney Franks; sisters, Cecelia (Cissie) Jackson and Debbie Hopkins; brother Daniel Doherty, brothers-in-law William (Bill) Jackson and Gregory (Greg) Hopkins and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Kitty was a loving grandmother and mother who received great joy from being with her grandkids. She also worked part-time at the Wright Memorial Public library for several years where she had many kind and caring friends. Kitty had a wonderful laugh that made everyone feel good when she was around. She will be greatly missed and always remembered for her fun-loving personality and laugh.
