Katherine D. Peck

Katherine D. Peck, age 78 of Beavercreek, OH passed peacefully and went immediately to be with Jesus on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital, after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 10, 1942 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Dean Durwood and Katherine (Saylor) Behnke. Katherine married Chuck Peck on December 28, 1963 in Milwaukee, WI.
Katherine graduated in 1960 from St. Philip Catholic High School in Battle Creek, Michigan and obtained her Associates Degree from St. Clara Finishing College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1962. She was a fashion model in Milwaukee and spent many years as a floral designer. Katherine was a gifted pianist and artist, painting many Christian, Children and Landscape pictures. She also published many Christian poems and handcrafted ceramic sculptures. Katherine was a Christian and a strong advocate with her husband Chuck for the Pro Life Movement, and fervently prayed for the overturning of Roe vs. Wade.
Katherine is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles III; two sons, Charles IV and Daniel Peck; two daughters, Denise Trojan and Kristin Peck; five grandchildren, Danielle (Jeffrey) Foss, Kailee Trojan, John Peck, Jasmine Peck and Katherine Peck; two great grandchildren, Brinley and Mayah Foss; siblings, Joanne Elliston, Dean Behnke, Dennis Behnke, John (Linda) Behnke and Jannine (David) Lindow; and other numerous family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Her loving spirit and beautiful smile will be forever cherished.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Victory Church, Fairborn, OH.
