Kathaleen Joyce Jones

Kitty Jones passed away at her home on October 13, 2017 after a brief illness.
She was born on October 16, 1934 to James Johnson and Edna Routley Robinson in Muskegon, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Jones. They were married in 1954 and were together for 40 years until his death in 1994.
She is survived by one sister, Rosemary Broton of Fruitport, Michigan, three children Connie (Bruce) Cochran, son Larry Jones and Wanda (Greg) Anello, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Kitty was a long-time member of the Bible Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio and was a skilled, accomplished piano player for most of her life. She also played the organ and accordion. In her retirement years she took great pleasure in playing card games and board games with many of her friends.
Family will greet friends and family from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 with a funeral service taking place at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
