Kash Strong

STRONG, Kash, age 84 of Miamisburg passed away peacefully on May 13, 2016. He was born in Whick, KY to the late Lily and Letcher Strong.Kash retired from GM after many years of loyal service. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed sports. He loved to cheer on the UK Wildcats. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Kash was preceded in death by numerous siblings and one niece.

Kash is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Della Strong; daughter, Karen Speer; sister, Cora Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Kettering at 1:00pm. A visitation will be held for one hour prior (12pm-1pm) Burial to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens
