WOODIE, Karen age 49, of Vandalia, OH passed away July 11, 2012 at The Hospice of Dayton.
She was born June 23, 1963 in Dayton, OH to the late, Buel and Elva Woodie. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Schatz.
She is survived by siblings, Beverly Armstrong and Michael Woodie (Ronda); nieces and nephews, Katrina Taylor, Joshua Woodie, Jordan Woodie (Allison), Jon Woodie, and Joseph Woodie, great-nephew, Ryan Taylor; brother-in-law, Wayne Schatz (Karen); and numerous other dear family members and friends.
Karen was a lifelong member of North Riverdale Grace Brethern Church.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 9:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – North, 4104 Needmore Rd., with pastor Ron Blades officiating. Inurnment to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton
