Karen S. Proffitt

PROFFITT, Karen (Ramsey), age 54, of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008. She was born May 12, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her grandson Nigel Williams and niece Jessica Fancher. Karen is survived by her children Heather (Chris) Christoff, Jeremy Culbertson, Danny (Tabby) Proffitt; grandchildren Damon and McKenzie Culbertson, Elijah and Jacob Proffitt; parents Jesse and Beverly Ramsey; sisters Sherryn Cohron, Robin Fancher, Rhonda Ramsey and Becky Thompson; brothers Michael and David Ramsey; and many other relatives and friends. The family would like to welcome friends Saturday, February 2, 2008 from 5:00-6:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 6:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the funeral home to Hospice of Dayton and Special Wish Foundation.
