Karen L. Roof, age 71 of Washington Township, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Heartland of Centerville. She was born March 1, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of John and Edna Baar.
She is preceded in death by her Father, John G. Baar, Mother, Edna M Baar, Sister, Judy Daring.
Karen is survived by her Two Daughters, Valerie K. Roof, Kristal L. (Kevin) Sule; Son, Timothy J. Roof; Sister, Ann (Dennis Johnson) Johnson; Three Granddaughters, Emma Sule, Becca Sule and Brook Lightner; Two Grandsons and a Brother-in-law, John Daring. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
She was known for her quick wit and sense of humor. Karen enjoyed planting flowers, reading mystery and romance novels, shopping, spending time with her granddaughters at Cox Arboretum and going to the zoo with her family.
