Karen Lea Grady, age 62 of Kettering, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022. She was born January 27, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to the late James Gallivan and Betty Gallivan nee' Norris. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Cindy O' Dell.
Karen is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, John Grady; two children, Daniel and Jennifer; three grandchildren, Evan, Savannah, and Bradley; and three sisters, Sharon, Vicky, and Donna. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Karen is a very special person who was taken away too soon. She devoted her life to caregiving and was the best wife, mother, and friend. Karen is well loved and will always be remembered.
The family hopes those who would like to honor her will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. In lieu of a public funeral service, individual families are encouraged to have their own private memorial.
