Karen Donovan

Karen Donovan, age 65 of Xenia, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024. She was born March 24, 1959 in Moraine, Ohio the daughter of William and Mildred Cassell.

Karen was an avid baker and liked crocheting. She was a huge Browns fan and Kentucky Wildcats fan....Go Browns! She enjoyed her tv programs and loved her grandchildren more than anything. She also loved gambling with her best friend, Laurie and could make friends with anyone.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Donovan; step mother, Dot Cassell and brother, Jack Cassell.

Karen is survived by her children, Jimmy (Stacy) Donovan and Jill Donovan; grandchildren, Dustin, Alex, Clay, AJ and Abel and many other loving family members and friends and her dog, Buffy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dayton Children's Hospital at 1 Children's Plaza, Dayton, Ohio 45404 in Karen's memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately for the family.
