Justin "Jay"L. Hunter

Justin "Jay" L. Hunter, age 41 of Fairborn, Ohio transitioned on November 1, 2021. He was born April 21, 1980 in Atlanta, Georgia born to Roosevelt Hunter and Cynthia (Terry) Weaver.
Jay was a devoted husband, loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Jay enjoyed bowling, attending his children's sporting events, and being with his family. Jay was employed at City BBQ for the last 10 years. He proudly volunteered at his children's school. Jay cherished the moment with his wife Leah, dancing, listening to music, being outdoors, and just being together. Jay made friends easily and he never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jay was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmie L. Stinson.
Jay is survived by his soul mate, Leah; children, Justin Hunter Jr., Jeramiah Hunter, and Malia Kay Hunter; parents, Cynthia (Terry) Weaver; grandmother, Janette Stinson; brother, Shawn; sisters, Tinneka, Chloe, Shavette, and Whitney; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 2-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Funeral Service will begin at 4pm with Pastor Sherri Pace officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a trust fund that has been set up at Wright Patterson Credit Union in Justin's name for his children. Please visit or call Wright Patterson Credit Union and reference Justin Hunter Memorial Fund to make a donation.
