June F. Sandlin

June F. Sandlin, 73, of New Carlisle, passed away December 10, 2016. June was born in Bradford, OH on February 25, 1943 to the late Frank and Dorothy Garnett. In her free time, she enjoyed attending Solid Rock Apostolic Church and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Charles William Sandlin Sr.

She is survived by her daughter, Carmen Day; son, Charles Sandlin; grandchildren, Amber, Andrew, Amanda, Daniel, Charles; great grandchildren, Haelie, Keira, Eleanor, Samantha, Dawson, Benjamin, Alexus, Cheyenne, Ethan, Jasmine, Issabelle, Brianna; brother, Frank (Diane) Garnett; sisters, Lois (Michael) O'Shell, Alta (Jim) Turk; and many other relatives and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30am with Pastor Matthew O'Shell officiating. Burial will be at New Carlisle Cemetery.
