Judy, Nyona "June" Lawlis (Geary), age 87 of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away March 25, 2022. She was born December 17, 1934 in Jamestown, Ohio daughter of the late Merle and Helen Geary. June was the last child born there at home.
June was a longtime resident of Trotwood, Ohio where her and her late husband Richard raised their family. June was a founding member of the Trotwood Human Relations Council and instrumental in ending Red Lining in Trotwood. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by former husband, Richard Judy in 2015 and former husband, David Lawlis in 2013.
June is survived by her children, Patricia "PJ" Marshall and Richard "Dick" Judy; and brother, James (Patty) Geary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in June's honor to Greyhound Adoption of Greater Cincinnati or World Central Kitchen.
